Privacy Policy

When you book a session or register for a camp, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the number of players, and any notes you add to the booking. We also keep a record of your bookings — the session, date, time, and price quoted.

To protect the booking form from abuse, we process your IP address for rate limiting and use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that requests come from a person, not a bot.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your bookings and camp registrations.
• Send you transactional text messages about your booking (see the next section).
• Notify your coach of new bookings by email.
• Keep a customer record so returning customers are recognized and coaches can contact you about your sessions.

We do not sell your personal information.

By providing your phone number when booking a session, you consent to receive transactional text messages from EightSoccer about that booking: a booking confirmation, a reminder the day before your session, and a notice if your session is cancelled or rescheduled. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. Opting out stops all further texts from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only with the service providers that run our website and communications, and only as needed to provide the service:

• Twilio — to deliver booking-related text messages.
• Resend — to deliver booking notification emails.
• Supabase and our hosting provider — to store data and run the website.
• Cloudflare — to protect the booking form from abuse.

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep booking records and customer contact details for as long as we need them to run the coaching practice — for example, to show your booking history and to handle rescheduling or cancellations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your choices” below).

Our training sessions are often for young players. Bookings and camp registrations must be made by a parent or legal guardian, and the contact information we collect (name, phone, email) is the parent's or guardian's. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@eightsoccer.com. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
